Angela is a certified instructor in hatha yoga, pre-natal yoga and holds certifications
in personal training, including older adult fitness. She specializes in teaching power yoga
and works with physically challenged as well as older adults.

Angela is available for private yoga lessons and for sessions as personal fitness trainer.
